Talent X 2026 brought together recruitment agency owners, leaders and industry experts in Melbourne for one of Australia's leading recruitment conferences. The event explored the trends shaping the industry today and the strategies that will define successful recruitment businesses in 2027.

For APositive, this year's event was particularly memorable. Alongside the APositive Lounge, where hundreds of recruitment professionals gathered, we had the privilege of presenting on the main stage about the future of agency growth.
